Collab is a centralized system with access to it from any location 24 hours per day, 7 days of the week. After the successful authentic all groups and personal contacts, messages, financial documents, faxes in electronic form are reached to user. All modified documents
have particular record for every change, from whom and when they are made. Every version of the document is archived, that can be inspected and analyzed for all modifications later.
Every document is kept in electronic form in Collab. This kind of form gives much easier way to access archived, monitor, search, and transfer in other systems and maybe the most important-migration from other systems directly in Collab.

- The documents in electronic shape are saved from destroying, lose or changes
- Security from an authorize access or possible changes
Security from destroying is provided with archive functionality&rsquos backup from other computer to the network or coping on backup tapes.
Security from an unauthorized access is achieved by user authentication.
For any document or folder a level of access can be applied.
Low level of communication between client and application can be digitally encrypted by 128 or 256 bit keys, the same as the systems that perform bank transactions. |
